You’re Invited

On Sunday mornings, we invite you and your family to join us for worship! We have two services at 8:30 AM and 11 AM, and Jefferson en Español meets in the choir room at 11 AM.

In both services, you’ll hear a message that challenges and encourages you. We hope that Jefferson is a place where you can connect with others, worship God, grow in your faith, and positively impact your community.

Connection Groups

You're invited to study the Word with us in Connection Groups! Our Sunday groups meet at 9:45 AM. We also have groups that meet during the week.  We think that Connection Groups are the best way to get plugged in at Jefferson!

Wednesday Nights

Join us this Wednesday night for Midweek Activities! Enjoy a meal at 5 PM, followed by a prayer meeting at 5:45 PM. Our ministry-wide Bible studies begin at 6 PM, and choir rehearsal starts at 7 PM. We hope to see you there!

 FAQs

  • Jefferson is located at 9135 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70809 midway between Bluebonnet and Drusilla.

  • Most people enter our church building from the back. We have several parking spots saved just for people visiting the church. You can find these spots in the back parking lot across from the small covered entry way. Once you are in the doors, you can find the Welcome Center at the end of the hallway. There will be several friendly people in the Welcome Center who can help you get to where you need to be.

  • At Jefferson, you will see some people dressed up in full suits and Sunday dresses as well as some dressed more casually in blue jeans with a polo or button up (some tucked in and others untucked).

  • Jefferson offers special activities for babies, preschoolers, children, Middle School and High School. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your kids to worship with you (but they’ll probably enjoy our age-level ministries much more!). Children birth through 5th grade check-in in the Kids Building (near the playground).

    All children 5th grade and younger check-in with a secure sticker system; the check-in process is quick and easy, and you’re given a secure code where only you can pick them up. In addition, all teachers and caregivers undergo a background check before they’re allowed to serve with children. Your kids are safe at Jefferson!

    Students 6th grade through 12th grade meet upstairs in the gym (white metal building in back parking lot).
